ARE YOU AN IDEAL CANDIDATE? To analyze commercial auto bodily injury claims by reviewing coverage, completing investigations, determining liability and evaluating the scope of damages.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:  We are looking for driven individuals that embody our caring counts model and core values that include empathy, accountability, collaboration, growth, and inclusion.

OFFICE LOCATION: This role is assigned a hybrid schedule reporting to - Plano, Tx, Cedarburg, WI, Wausau, WI or Sun Prairie, WI office.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE

• Evaluate commercial auto bodily injury claims and ensure claim files are properly documented and coded.
• Responsible for the litigation process on litigated claims to include attending mediations/trials
• Coordinates vendor management to include oversight of Defense Counsels assigned to litigated claims
• Reports large loss claims to excess carrier(s).
• Develops and maintains action plans to ensure state required contact deadlines are met and to move the file towards prompt and appropriate resolution.
• Communicates claim action/processing with insured, client, and agent or broker when appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS & LICENSING
Education & Licensing:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Licenses as required. Professional certifications as applicable to line of business preferred.

Experience

Five (5) years of commercial auto bodily injury claims experience; preferably in the commercial trucking space; or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include in-depth knowledge of commercial auto policies, coverage’s, principles, and laws.

Jurisdiction Knowledge:

Licensing: Secure and maintain the State adjusting licenses as required for the position. Will need to acquire NY adjuster’s license within six months of hire.
