GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
Assists with supervision and maintenance of playrooms and teen rooms. Provide activities and play opportunities for patients. Assists with special events and supervises Child Life volunteers. Provides general support in daily tasks of Child Life Department. Is able to provide Child Life services in all areas covered by the Child Life Department. Operates within the Hospital, Mission, Vision and Values.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in education, child development, or related field is preferred. Knowledge of child development and experience working with children is preferred.
