- Operational Mindset: Deep love for structure, systems, and efficiency. You’ve studied this stuff. You live for it. You read books on subjects like EOS, emotional intelligence, and leadership.
- Integrator DNA: You’re a natural counterbalance to a visionary. If you've ever taken the Rocket Fuel or EOS Integrator assessment—you know you score high.
- Strategic + Tactical: You think big but execute small to make it happen. Comfortable in boardrooms just as you are comfortable in the weeds.
- Education: MBA or equivalent professional experience preferred. EOS Implementer or deep familiarity with EOS principles is a major plus.
- Tech & Tools: Proficient with cloud-based operations platforms, KPI/OKR dashboards, and workflow automation. Bonus for AI adoption experience.
