We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief of Staff (CoS) to be the right-hand partner to our Chief Product Officer (CPO). The ideal candidate will bring product sense + business acumen, complemented by hands-on product experience operating within a high-performing tech product organization and top-tier consulting experience (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain), strong strategic and analytical skills. This is a Director-level position.
Reporting directly to the CPO, the Chief of Staff will be responsible for streamlining the work of the Office of the CPO: supporting the CPO and her directs in scaling impact, magnifying presence both within and outside Reddit, and driving performance against strategic initiatives across the product and tech organization and cross-functional partners.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, is a self-starter, able to define scope for themselves and drive impact and efficacy by leading with humility and building indirect influence.
Location: San Francisco-Office, NYC-Office, or remote-US, in that order of preference.
