How Do You Fit In?
As Chief of Staff to the CFO, you will play a key role in advancing the company’s most important strategic and operational priorities. In this highly visible position, you will work closely with the CFO and partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive high-impact initiatives, support executive decision-making, and ensure alignment across the business.
You will help translate strategy into action by driving high-impact initiatives, managing complex cross-functional projects, and developing executive-ready analysis and presentations. The role provides meaningful exposure to Board of Directors materials, capital markets initiatives, and enterprise-wide strategic planning, while serving as a connector across teams to ensure alignment and momentum on the company’s most critical priorities.
This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer
What you will do:
The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to the CFO, helping drive key initiatives, manage executive priorities, and support the operational rhythm of the finance organization.
Strategic Initiatives & Executive Support
Partner closely with the CFO to drive execution of key strategic and operational initiatives across the business
Support the CFO, CEO, and executive leadership team on high-priority projects, including capital markets initiatives, strategic planning, and cross-functional programs
Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans and ensure progress against key milestones
Provide analytical support and develop insights to inform executive decision making
Financial & Strategic Analysis
Build financial models and analyses to support strategic opportunities, partnerships, and operational decisions
Support diligence processes, data analysis, and scenario modeling related to strategic initiatives and capital markets activity
Partner with finance teams to ensure key business metrics align with financial reporting and performance frameworks
Executive Communications & Storytelling
Develop high-quality executive materials and presentations, including:
Board of Directors materials
Monthly business reviews
long-range planning presentations
investor and strategic communications
leadership offsites and executive updates
Help shape the narrative around company performance, strategy, and financial priorities
Operational Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness
Support the operational cadence of the finance organization, including leadership meetings and planning sessions
Lead preparation and coordination for executive meetings, strategy reviews, and offsites
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve cross-functional collaboration, and increase organizational efficiency
Help drive key initiatives across the Global Finance Organization (GFO), including innovation and process improvements
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as a connector across teams to remove roadblocks and ensure initiatives move forward
Partner with leaders across the company to drive alignment on priorities and deliver results
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CFO and leadership team
What you can bring:
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, finance, or corporate operations
Experience working with senior leadership in a highly analytical and strategic role
Exceptional problem solving and analytical capabilities
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong executive storytelling ability
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization
Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Execution focused with the ability to drive ideas from concept through implementation
High degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $155,000-$180,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
