Directly manage and develop a team responsible for coordinating priorities, rhythms, and communications across the full Workforce Solutions Marketing organization
Set clear operating models, roles, and expectations for the coordination team to ensure seamless execution across functions
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to build a high‑performing, trusted team
Facilitate clear understanding of objectives, timelines, and ownership for key priorities across the Workforce Solutions Marketing team
Collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team to align on strategic priorities and ensure these are effectively communicated and executed
Provide operational leadership and project management oversight for initiatives led directly by the Senior Vice President
Support preparation and participation in senior forums and reviews, including creating impactful visual content and presentations
Host team meetings and enterprise forums to foster engagement, alignment, and collaboration across the organization
Champion Marketing achievements through regular communications and forums, enhancing visibility and recognition
Collaborate proactively with Chiefs of Staff across HP Solutions and the Marketing Organization to drive alignment, efficiencies, and shared best practices
Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and foster a positive, inclusive work environment that enhances productivity and engagemen
Four‑year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience with demonstrated competence
Typically 10+ years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, marketing, communications, or a related field
Excellent project management skills, including leading large, cross‑functional initiatives that impact the entire organization
Strong people leadership capabilities, including team development, delegation, performance management, and conflict resolution
Superior verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage aggressive timelines across multiple critical initiatives
Ability and interest in working with a global team across time zones, both in person and virtually
Exceptional interpersonal skills and confidence to engage with the most senior leaders in the company
Proactive in identifying what needs to be done and taking ownership to drive outcomes
Leads from a position of influence, including through direct and indirect authority
Highly motivated and driven to achieve maximum organizational impact
Adaptable and comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity
Deeply committed to continuous learning, growth, and leadership excellence
The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
