Role Overview
This hybrid role blends strategic support and executive coordination. As Chief of Staff & EA to the HR - Chief Strategy & Transformation Leader, you will drive operational excellence, manage executive priorities, and ensure seamless day-to-day execution. You’ll be the right hand to a senior leader, helping shape HR technology strategy while managing critical administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Strategic & Chief of Staff Functions
Partner with the HR IT Leader to align team goals with broader organizational strategy.
Drive execution of key initiatives across HR technology, digital transformation, and workforce platforms.
Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional projects, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
Facilitate leadership meetings: agenda setting, minutes, and action tracking.
Act as a liaison between the HR team and other departments
🔹 Executive Assistant Functions
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings across time zones.
Coordinate domestic and international travel: flights, hotels, visas, itineraries.
Handle expense claims, reimbursements, and budget tracking for the HR IT function.
Organize team offsites, workshops, and leadership events.
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and meeting requests.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in executive support, project coordination, or HR/IT operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; thrives in fast-paced environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, travel platforms, and expense management tools.
Experience in HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) is a plus.
High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management capability.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or HR/IT certifications preferred.
