In LATAM Area, we offer an exciting opportunity to strengthen and advance our strategic agenda through the role of Chief of Staff to AVP Latam. (interim role for 12-15 months). This is a regional position preferent to be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil and is designed to support and drive the execution of strategic priorities and organizational excellence aligned with AstraZeneca’s Ambition 2030.
This role acts as a trusted advisor to the Area VP and the Latam Leadership Team, supporting key decision-making and enabling the effective execution of strategic and operational initiatives across the markets to ensure flawless execution.
Beyond strategic planning, the Chief of Staff ensures strong governance over Area initiatives, optimizes executive-level communications, and fosters effective cross-functional collaboration within the Latam Leadership Team. The role is instrumental in building, monitoring, and reporting the Latam Area Scorecard, supporting financial, organizational and cultural cycles, and coordinating Area, International, and Global leadership engagements.
Additionally, this role promotes a culture of accountability, efficiency, innovation, ethical conduct, inclusion and best practice sharing across all markets within the area
