Through strategic dialogue and consensus-building, the CMO aligns marketing priorities with organizational objectives, ensuring strategies are both forward-looking and actionable. Collaborating with executive leadership, they integrate strategies and initiatives, driving measurable impact.
Marketing, Brand, & Digital Strategy
The CMO leads marketing and digital commerce across Abeka and PCC, ensuring consistent, high-quality brand communications; overseeing brand architecture, setting performance metrics, and establishing accountability to drive results. Managing budgets and resources, the CMO maximizes ROI while fostering innovation in digital platforms, content, and outreach that reflect ministry values and enhance engagement.
Data, Analytics, & Organizational Collaboration
The CMO uses data and analytics to drive performance, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. Collaborating with finance, sales, academic, and operations teams, aligning marketing with organizational priorities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
Customer & Stakeholder Experience
The CMO drives exceptional proactive experiences for students, families, and ministry partners, using feedback and analytics to refine programs and messaging. Every interaction, from digital platforms to personal touchpoints, reflects ministry values, builds trust, and strengthens relationships.

Work Experience

10+ years in marketing management Preferred Experience: 7+ years in executive marketing management
