In This Role：
作为上海华纳锦江影视乐园有限公司的财务总监，你将全面负责上海哈利波特制片厂之旅的财务战略、运营分析、成本结构管理、票务与互动收益体系搭建，直接推动“IP 价值最大化 + 沉浸体验商业化 +长期运营”的核心目标。
As Finance Director, you will lead the financial strategy and operational analytics of Warner Bros. Studio Tour Shanghai – The Making of Harry Potter, maximizing IP value, optimizing guest experience monetization, and supporting long-term operations.
主要职责 Key Responsibilities：
- 监督日常财务运营，包括会计、报表、成本控制和资金管理
Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, reporting, cost control, and cash management. - 提供财务报告及分析以支持业务决策
Deliver financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions. - 负责年度预算、预测和长期财务规划
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. - 制定财务战略，包括票务(及定价)、衍生品、互动消费、体验升级包（VIP/多轮次）
Develop financial strategy covering ticketing (e.g. pricing), merchandising, interactive consumption, and premium experience packages. - 作为业务关键顾问，支持商业决策、投资分析和新项目评估
Act as a key business advisor to support decision‑making, investment analysis, and project evaluation. - 主导股东报告工作，包括财务叙述撰写、经营绩效分析及战略性业务进展披露，确保董事会及股东获取清晰、准确、及时的信息。Oversee shareholder reporting, delivering clear financial insights, operational performance reviews, and strategic recommendations to board members and global stakeholders.
- 推动线上线下票务系统的数据融合与分析
Integrate and analyze data from ticketing platforms, on-site systems, and CRM tools. - 负责投资建模，包括 CAPEX、内容制作投入、设备折旧
Lead financial modeling including CAPEX, content production costs, and equipment depreciation. - 设计并持续优化内部控制流程，提高财务风险管理水平。确保遵守中国本地法律法规、税务要求及公司内部政策。
Implement and enhance internal controls and strengthen financial risk management. Ensure full compliance with PRC regulations, tax requirements, and internal corporate policies. - 负责中国税务筹划、税务申报及与税务机关的沟通。优化税务结构, 确保合规基础上的税务效率
Lead tax planning, filing, and communication with tax authorities in China. Optimize tax structure while maintaining compliance. - 与运营、零售、人力资源、信息技术等部门紧密合作。建立高效、透明、协作的团队文化
Partner closely with Operations, Retail, HR, and Technology teams. Build a high‑performing and collaborative finance culture. - 带领并培养财务团队，提高团队的专业能力与绩效
Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to enhance capability and performance.
任职要求Qualifications：
- 财务、会计、金融或相关专业，本科及以上
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields. - 拥有 CPA / ACCA / CMA 等资格证书者优先
Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred. - 熟悉中国会计准则、国际会计准则和税务法规
Solid knowledge of PRC GAAP, IFRS, and China tax regulations.
- 15 年以上财务管理经验，含跨国公司或外企工作经历，优先：15+ years of finance leadership experience, including multinational company exposure, preferably in:
- 文旅 / 主题乐园 / 景区运营
Culture & tourism, theme parks, attractions - 娱乐体验
Entertainment/immersive experiences - 大型消费或酒店集团
Large‑scale consumer or hospitality groups - 有从 0-1 项目开发或运营提升项目经验者优先
Experience in greenfield project development or operational turnaround is a plus. - 精通收入结构分析、票价策略模型、场景运营成本管理
Strong in revenue analytics, pricing models, and operational cost control. - 熟悉文旅行业的经营数据体系与 KPI（如人流量、产出率、场景转化率）
Deep understanding of KPI systems in tourism and entertainment (footfall, conversion, yield). - 具备强烈的商业意识，对游客体验与运营效率敏感
Strong business acumen with sensitivity to guest experience and operational performance. - 高度诚信、责任感强
High integrity and sense of accountability. - 在高速变化的内容行业中具备强执行力
Strong execution and agility in fast‑changing environments. - 具备强大的领导力和团队管理能力
Strong leadership and people management skills. - 出色的跨文化沟通能力和英语能力
Excellent communication skills with fluent English. - 熟练掌握 本土/国际主流ERP系统，票务系统 及文旅行业相关数字化系统
Familiar with mainstream domestic/international ERP systems, ticketing systems, and tourism/attractions management systems.
Shanghai Joint Venture Employment:
Please note that this position is employed through Warner Bros. Discovery’s joint venture with Jin Jiang International (Holdings) Co., Ltd. The joint venture entity is Shanghai WB Jinjiang Studio Tour Co., Ltd. Successful candidates will be hired by the joint venture company and assigned to work with Warner Bros. Discovery as required for this project.
