About the Role
Nuro is seeking a world-class Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s
financial strategy and capital agenda. This executive will serve as a key architect of
Nuro’s growth — raising capital, structuring strategic transactions, and deploying
resources to maximize long-term enterprise value.
As a member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will work closely with the Co-CEOs,
COO, and Board of Directors to shape company strategy, drive financial discipline, and
position Nuro for future public-market readiness. The ideal candidate combines
strategic capital markets expertise with operational excellence and a strong
understanding of technology-driven businesses.
About the Work
About You
At Nuro, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected base pay range is between $275,000 and $350,000 for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a compelling annual performance bonus, highly competitive equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
