About the Role
As Huha’s Chief Financial Officer, you will serve as a critical strategic leader, bringing financial insight, operational rigor, and long-term vision to a company scaling at high speed. This is a pivotal role that requires both strategic perspective and hands-on execution as we prepare for our next phase of growth.
You’ll partner closely with the Founder & CEO and the broader leadership team, taking full ownership of the finance function and shaping the financial strategy that will guide Huha through rapid expansion. This includes developing adaptive forecasting models that anticipate emerging opportunities and risks, building a robust and scalable financial infrastructure, and implementing the systems, processes, and controls that enable us to operate with clarity and confidence.
Your work will extend beyond traditional finance responsibilities; you’ll play a key role in evaluating growth initiatives, informing company-wide planning, and translating complex financial data into actionable insights. You’ll ensure that our cash flow, compliance, margins, and profitability remain strong and healthy as the business accelerates, allowing us to move quickly without compromising discipline or stability.
