Job Responsibilities
Oversee strategic development outsourcing engagements ensuring both value and top-tier client service is delivered
Evaluate the effect of internal and external forces on the client and its related development strategy, providing meaningful insight and ideas to further the client’s development operation
Create short- and long-range fund development plans and programs that support the organization’s values, mission, and objectives
Foster a culture of philanthropy across our client’s organization, providing training and resources as applicable
Serve as a thought partner to establish a balanced mix of donor sources and fundraising programs to attract new donors while retaining current supporters
Develop systems and processes to ensure development best practices are followed and implemented within our client’s organization
Aid clients in establishing performance measures for development function and actively monitor results communicating timely insights and recommendations
Stay current on the philanthropic sector and relevant giving trends, issues, and opportunities
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business or relevant field
Master’s degree in related field or CFRE certification
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in non-profit development experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing projects and teams

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $134,800 - $175,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
