Salary Range: $68999 - $89703 Per Year

Major Duties:

  • You will perform computer software spreadsheet and database applications, and word processing.
  • You will maintain technical certifications for the Initial Laboratory Certifying Official-level review.
  • You will utilize quality assurance data to develop conclusions on the status of laboratory quality.
  • You will interpret results and initiates corrective action for all identified discrepancies.

Qualifications: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in conveying written information in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience, using correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Expresses thoughts persuasively and uses effective modes to reinforce message retention. Experience in demonstrating the ability to clearly and effectively articulate, present, and promote varied ideas and issues (to include sensitive or controversial topics) before a wide range of audiences. Makes clear and convincing oral presentations. Listens effectively; clarifies information as needed. Experience in managing programs and fosters an environment that administers all resources in a manner that instills public trust while accomplishing the mission. Experience in monitoring progress and evaluates outcomes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Holds self and others accountable for measurable high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results. Determines objectives, sets priorities, and ensures sound management processes and procedures are in place, ensuring that national interests are well served. Accepts responsibility for mistakes. Complies with established control systems and rules. Experience in applying quantitative and qualitative methods, measurement, fact finding, and investigative techniques to provide line managers with objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of agency assignment-s.
