Les principales responsabilités incluent l’amélioration de l’expérience client après-vente, la supervision de l’installation, de la configuration et de la connectivité des dispositifs de diagnostic et des plateformes en ligne, la livraison d’un support technique et la facilitation de l’intégration et l’orientation des clients. De plus, le candidat effectuera des points de contact cycliques avec les clients pour fournir une formation et une éducation complètes en clinique sur l’utilisation, l’entretien et les avantages cliniques de nos solutions diagnostiques afin d’assurer une application optimale en clinique.

The successful candidate will manage a territory of diagnostic customers, with a strong emphasis on delivering best-in-class in-clinic lab installations and actively promoting utilization in alignment with clinical guidelines.
Key responsibilities include enhancing the post-sale customer experience, overseeing the installation, set-up, and connectivity of diagnostic devices and online platforms, providing technical support, and facilitating customer on-boarding. Additionally, the candidate will conduct cyclical customer touchpoints to provide comprehensive clinic training and education on the usage, maintenance, and clinical benefits of our diagnostic solutions to ensure optimal in-clinic application.
