Job Description

What We’re Looking For What You’ll Do

Create Exceptional Event Experiences

  • Set up and break down banquet and meeting spaces according to event orders (BEOs)
  • Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and meeting materials with precision and attention to detail
  • Prepare event essentials such as water stations, note pads, pens, and specialty items
  • Set up and support basic AV equipment, including projectors, screens, and flip charts
  • Refresh meeting rooms during events to ensure a seamless guest experience

Keep Spaces Clean, Organized & Guest-Ready

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet rooms, storage areas, and service spaces
  • Perform general cleaning using hotel standards and approved products
  • Remove waste and ensure all areas meet safety and cleanliness expectations
  • Monitor inventory and properly store linens and supplies

Support the Team & Guests

  • Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests and last-minute needs
  • Collaborate with banquet servers, captains, and leadership to execute events smoothly
  • Assist other hotel departments as needed to support overall operations
