The Role:
The Channel Strategy & Marketing Analyst has a strategic and analytical role within the Marketing team. This position supports the Channel Strategy & Marketing Manager and contributes directly to the company’s commercial and marketing activities. The Analyst prepares sales and performance analyses, coordinates marketing projects, and provides essential support to the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective execution of business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Analysis
Conduct regular and detailed analysis of sales results and marketing performance across all business channels. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
Campaign & Product Launch Support
Collaborate closely with the Channel Strategy & Marketing Manager on planning and executing product launches and promotional campaigns. Develop comprehensive marketing and sales support materials, including presentations, catalogues, sell-in decks, product sheets, and POS materials to ensure consistent brand messaging
Local Marketing Project Coordination
Coordinate and support local marketing initiatives and campaigns, working in partnership with the Channel Strategy & Marketing Manager and Sales team. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with overall business objectives
Promotional Offer Management
Take full responsibility for the preparation and implementation of the bi-monthly SPO promotional offer featured in Salon News magazine, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and effectively drives sales.
External & Internal Collaboration
Maintain close collaboration with external agencies and suppliers to guarantee high-quality and timely delivery of marketing assets. Support internal stakeholders by preparing reports, presentations, and strategic business reviews, and contribute to the creation of the quarterly internal newsletter to keep teams informed and aligned.
