Key Responsibilities:

Online Channel Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive brand and product strategies specifically tailored for online channels, with a focus on e-commerce platforms and aggregator partners.

User Journey Mapping:

Conduct thorough mapping of user journeys on online channels, identifying touchpoints and optimizing the user experience for seamless navigation.

UI/UX Optimization:

Collaborate with the product team to optimize the design and user interface of the online channels, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly experience.

Aggregator Partner Engagement:

Work with sales team to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with aggregator partners, understanding their business models and aligning GCash strategies to maximize mutual benefits.

Campaign Development:

Ideate, plan, and execute marketing campaigns specifically tailored for online channels, aligning with the overall brand and product strategies.

Market Trends Monitoring:

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the online channel space, adapting strategies accordingly.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of online channel strategies.

Vendor Negotiations:

Enable sales teams in negotiations with online channel vendors and partners, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements that enhance GCash's presence and performance.

Budget Management:

Manage budgets allocated for online channel marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal utilization and delivering a strong return on investment.

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay informed about regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to online channels, ensuring all strategies adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.

- Exceptional strategic and analytical skills for effective planning and decision-making.

- Proven capability to collaborate with diverse teams.

- Proficiency in analyzing complex market and trade data.

- Strong skills in managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
