Job Purpose
As Hotels Channel Manager – Cairo is responsible for driving growth and expanding the company’s presence in the hotels sector. This role focuses on managing hotel accounts, identifying new business opportunities within hotels, and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. The role builds strong relationships with hotel management teams, ensures seamless execution of business plans, and collaborates with internal teams to enhance performance and customer satisfaction within the hotels channel.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
•Expand the hotels channel in Cairo by implementing strategic growth plans across hotel accounts.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel general managers, F&B managers, executive chefs, and key decision-makers.
•Analyze market trends, hotel guest needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
•Negotiate profitable agreements with hotel partners to support long-term business growth.
•Execute sales initiatives, promotions, and activations within hotels to strengthen brand presence.
•Track sales performance across hotel accounts and adjust strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
•Work closely with internal teams and external to ensure seamless execution of hotel business plans.
•Solve operational challenges for hotel partners to improve service efficiency and product utilization.
•Manage promotional budgets within the hotels channel to maximize ROI and efficiency.
•Monitor and analyze hotel account performance, providing regular business reviews and reports.
•Conduct kitchen demonstrations and product trials with hotel culinary teams to generate incremental business.
•Drive menu engineering and buffet optimization discussions with hotel partners to improve product placement and profitability.
