Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
• Mapping of opportunities to explore different points of channels for Vaccines (across hospital, retail and new/alternative channels).
• Develop and foster relationships with key private institutions and retail partners to expand patient access to Adult Vaccines.
• Develop strategic programs and initiatives across developed channels to ensure adoption of Adult Vaccines, seamless fulfilment and patient experience
• Engage directly with key external stakeholders—including hospital decision-makers, senior clinicians, retail and commercial partners—to co-create tailored vaccination access programs.
• Regularly conduct field visits and business reviews with priority accounts (across hospital, retail and new/alternative channels) to ensure strong execution and alignment with GSK strategy and partner channel/institution needs.
• Manage fulfilment of purchase orders and inventory maintenance for GSK Adult Vaccines amongst key priority hospital and accounts/institutions.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Public Health, Pharmacy or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of channel development, key account management, trade or commercial experience in healthcare, pharma, or fast-moving consumer goods.
- Experience developing business cases, pricing or financial models to support commercial decisions.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in English. Filipino or other local languages are an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment with high standards of compliance and governance.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience working with hospitals, private healthcare institutions, or specialty clinics in the Philippines.
- Background in route-to-market design, channel development, or strategic partnerships.
- Familiarity with digital engagement tools, omnichannel programs, or customer experience design.
- Experience with contract negotiation or managing licensing and partnership agreements.
- Advanced degree or professional training in business, marketing, or health-related fields.
- Previous exposure to multi-stakeholder programs involving government or payer organizations.
