Channel Agent Manager

Agent Managers work to recruit third-party agents who will bring customers to ALLO Business Channel Program and then provides intensive ongoing support to those agents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sign new agents

  • Work with agents to prepare proposals for prospects

  • Support the provisioning process for the accounts brought to ALLO Business by agents

  • Ensure agent commissions are paid accurately and promptly

  • Host periodic agent events

  • Train agents on ALLO Business products and services

  • Support upsells opportunities within the agent-generated customer base

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • College degree or relevant experience

  • Two years of sales experience, preferably in working with Channel sales

COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

  • Prospecting

  • Strong oral and written communications

  • Ability to close deals

  • Understanding of telecommunications services

  • Ability to work independently

  • Remain stationary for extended periods

  • Remain upright on feet for extended period

  • Raise objects up to 25 lbs.

  • Ability to communicate information

  • Ability to operate a computer

  • Possess/maintain a valid driver's license
