About the Role

Howden is embarking on an exciting global CRM (Client Relationship Management) transformation, unifying our platforms into a single, enterprise-wide Salesforce solution.

We are seeking a proactive individual who will provide Change and Training Support across the programme working closely with Change Managers and the wider Programme team.  This role will help support change and adoption activities, coordinate and lead training activity, and support colleagues transitioning as they move onto the new Howden Client platform.

Please note this role is initially a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) or secondment opportunity.  This is a hybrid working role based out of our Central London office.

Role Responsibilities:

Working as part of the Change and Adoption Workstream this role will provide the following:

Change Support

  • Provide support to the delivery of change and adoption activities aligned to the Howden Client CRM Programme rollout.
  • Work closely with Change Managers to assist in developing and distributing change materials, briefings, guidance packs, and updates.

Training Coordination & Delivery

  • Assist in designing, scheduling and delivering training sessions.
  • Maintain training plans, attendance records, and learning evaluation data.
  • Produce and update training documentation including guides and walkthroughs.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Support

  • Prepare programme communications and updates utilising different channels including newsletters, viva engage communities and Working Groups
  • Help coordinate and support stakeholder engagement and ensure consistent messaging across regions.
  • Help reinforce new behaviours and processes for cross‑regional collaboration.

General Change Support

  • Coordinate meetings, compile action logs, and provided general support across the change and adoption workstream.
  • Other activities as appropriate to the role.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting change management, training, or programme delivery.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Organised and detail‑oriented with strong planning skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM environments, ideally Salesforce.
  • Experience working in a global and diverse organisation.
  • Ability to work in a matrix and fast paced environment
  • Experience of working in a financial services/insurance industry would be beneficial but is not essential
