Change Management Analyst (5048)

cBEYONData + SMX is seeking a Change Management Analyst to support a US Army project. This position will support change management activities to support our clients' financial and organizational transformation into a new command. 

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with facilitating workshops, recording and dissemination of meeting minutes
  • Develop and maintain a project schedule
  • Communicate deliverable and status information to the client
  • Coordinate workshops
  • Develop presentation material
  • Validate organizational responses to taskers for completeness.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Secret level clearance
  • Minimum Undergraduate degree in a related field
  • Ten or more years’ of relevant experience 
  • Experience with change management, specifically in a Department of Defense environment
  • Experience with federal financial data and systems
  • Knowledge of and experience with project management
  • Strong drive to collaborate and anticipate client and project needs
  • Great communication skills including the ability to work well on a team
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills
  • Ability to be self-directed in the completion of individual work assignments
  • Strong professional, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Desired Skills and Experience

 

  • Experience with SAP
