Within the Digital function, the Strategy, Governance and Transformation department plays a key transversal role in enabling the Digital Transformation, from FRAMING - expressing strategic intentions and defining simple, flexible and scalable frames - to SUPPORTING Domains and PSL’s while ensuring alignment between functions and divisions - to REPORTING through consolidated views, highlighting hotspots and relevant needs for support & decision-making. 

In India, the Strategy, Governance & Agile Transformation department of Digital plays a key transversal role promoting synergies between multiple domains across Airbus worldwide with a flexible and adaptable approach which helps in sharing best practices, architecture, innovation, operational excellence and being efficient with cost, quality and time. 

Within the Function Management of Digital Governance, we are looking for a Specialist with Change Management background and Digital skills. He/She will be responsible for the entire Culture and Change  solutions for the Digital function in India and as an extended team of Europe to ensure the Airbus India Digital function’s operations are supported.

Your role :  

As a Change Designer for India Digital, your responsibilities are : 

  • In the wake of hybrid WoW, the missing element is “Taking Initiatives” beyond deliverables. This is one of the key expectations from the Change Designer to drive. Encourage and give momentum to employees to take initiatives beyond deliverables within a hybrid working environment.

  • Actively support transnational teams in improving cross-cultural collaboration and wellbeing.

  • Create an inclusive work environment locally covering the needs of the employees (mainly on the diversity front)

  • Sustainability goals - What can we bring as best practices in Digital business. Impulse sustainability and what we can bring as best practices in Digital organization.

  • Local stakeholder management and drive collaboration: Connecting the collocated teams from Engineering, Customer Services and Digital together for newer collaborative ideas.

  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

  • Drive / Support the design, development, delivery and management of change management solutions and other  initiatives, in line with Corporate Change Management guidelines.

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify key stakeholders, facilitate workshops.

  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of programs.

This role will report operationally to Head Of Function Management in India and Functionally to the Head Of Change Management in Europe. This job requires the constant awareness of the compliance risks we face in day-to-day responsibilities. Success will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited to, expected deliveries measured on the respect of the lead time + customer satisfaction. 

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Deep understanding of the Culture and Change landscape

  • Ability to understand, capture and present the problem statements needed for the change intervention.

  • Develop solutions for the Change Requests.

  • Excellent listening skills

  • Excellent in conducting workshops and facilitating groups.

  • A solid understanding of Information Management and Digital Technologies

  • An excellent team player and able to work collaboratively with others within/beyond the function

  • Robust experience in Project Management

  • Comfortable navigating change and uncertainty (Resilient)

  • Knowledge in product marketing will be a plus

  • Knowledge in  Event Management or Facilitation Tools will be a plus

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate with 4-6 years of experience.

The Change Designer shall be able to work in a self-sufficient multi-disciplinary team environment and responsible for the end to end Change solutions with limited supervision, autonomous, proactive, dynamic and well organised, with Good knowledge of Change Management principles and best practices.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
