About the role
The Customer Market Operations team are looking for a Change & Communications Manager to lead how they plan, communicate and embed change across their large-scale operation, undergoing significant transformation.
This is a high-impact role, where you will influence how change is experienced by our people and our customers, ensuring strategic initiatives are effectively shaped and deliver sustained business outcomes.
You will lead the strategy for all change activity, communication and knowledge management across our Customer Markets division. Your focus will be on enabling successful change by balancing business priorities and regulatory requirements, while creating simpler, more effective ways of working for our people, and improving customer outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
Lead the planning and delivery of change initiatives within a high-volume and fast-paced environment
Partner with stakeholders to understand priorities, influence and ensure strategic alignment, assess impacts, and sequence change effectively
Provide insight into the effectiveness of change initiatives, using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes
Lead the communication strategy to drive clarity, alignment and engagement across diverse audiences
Lead and govern knowledge management strategy, ensuring frontline and operational teams have access to accurate, timely, and easy to use information
Drive continuous improvement in how change and communication is delivered across the business
Lead and develop direct and indirect team members, fostering engagement and high-performance
What you’ll bring
Proven leadership in enterprise change, with deep experience applying structured change methodologies, such as ADKAR
Proven experience shaping and delivering internal and external communication strategies
Highly developed organisational and prioritisation capability, with the agility to respond to shifting priorities and evolving business needs
Exceptional stakeholder management, with proven experience partnering at senior levels to influence direction and drive outcomes
Proven ability to lead leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, excellence and engagement
Highly developed interpersonal skills and communication capability
