The S4+ Change & Communications Analyst enables effective S4+ change delivery by providing robust analysis, insights and coordination that support Change Leads in planning, prioritising and tracking adoption, readiness and risk. The role supports the delivery of integrated change and communications activity by maintaining core change artefacts, synthesising stakeholder insight, and producing high-quality materials and reporting for governance and leadership forums.
1) Change analysis and insight
· Support the development and maintenance of stakeholder mapping and impact analysis as information emerges through Prepare and Design.
· Capture, synthesise and translate feedback from leadership engagements and stakeholder sessions into actionable insights for the Change team.
· Identify emerging readiness and adoption risks and support the definition of mitigations and actions.
2) Readiness, adoption and performance tracking
· Support readiness and adoption tracking by maintaining data, dashboards and reporting inputs as defined by the programme and change team.
· Maintain a clear view of change deliverable status, dependencies and risks, providing concise updates for governance forums.
· Support the preparation of evidence and narrative for stage gate discussions from a people-side perspective.
3) Communications support and coordination
· Support the Change & Comms Strategy Lead and Communications Lead by coordinating inputs, maintaining content trackers and ensuring materials are current and consistent.
· Draft and quality-check audience-appropriate content (e.g., FAQs, briefing notes, summaries) based on approved messaging and programme updates.
· Coordinate reviews, approvals and publishing steps for key communications and engagement materials.
4) Change artefact and document management
· Maintain core change artefacts (e.g., change plan, stakeholder lists, engagement calendars, key messages, readiness logs) in line with agreed standards.
· Ensure version control, auditability and easy retrieval of key change artefacts for internal and partner working.
· Support the collation of inputs for integrated change plans and deliverable packs.
5) Governance and meeting support
· Support preparation for leadership forums, governance meetings and workshops, including agendas, pre-reads and actions tracking.
· Capture actions, decisions and follow-ups, and ensure timely circulation and tracking of commitments.
· Provide structured summaries that enable Change Leads to focus on decision-making and stakeholder management.
· Change Leads have timely, reliable insight on readiness, adoption risks and stakeholder feedback to inform decisions.
· Core change artefacts and trackers are accurate, current and trusted as a single source of truth.
· Communications and engagement materials are well-coordinated, consistent and delivered on time.
· Governance forums are well supported with clear actions, follow-ups and concise reporting.
· S4+ Change Delivery Lead – priorities, insight needs and day‑to‑day direction
· Leadership Engagement Lead & POM Adoption Lead – capture and synthesis of insights, feedback and risks
· Change & Communications Leads – coordination of content, trackers and communications artefacts

Essential experience
· Experience supporting change management on complex programmes, ideally involving enterprise technology or process change.
· Strong analytical capability with experience synthesising qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear insights and actions.
· Experience producing clear, high-quality written materials for senior stakeholders (briefing notes, summaries, packs).
· Strong coordination skills, including managing inputs, dependencies, actions and deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
Desirable experience
· Experience supporting change and communications activity on SAP / ERP or enterprise platform programmes.
· Familiarity with structured change approaches (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) and the use of change tools such as impact and readiness assessments.
· Experience working with external partners or systems integrators in a programme environment.
