Elders Limited

Change Analyst

Adelaide, SA Full time

About the role

We are currently seeking a Change Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

In this role, you will help support the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) at Elders. You’ll look at how current ways of working will change and help explain what those changes mean for our people. This includes helping translate how we work today into how we will work in the future, using the new system.

You will play an important role in supporting change, training, and communication activities, making sure people understand what’s changing and feel ready to adopt new ways of working. You’ll act as a link between the business and the project team to ensure changes make sense, are clearly explained, and are successfully embedded into everyday work.

This role is well suited to someone looking for a development opportunity who has a strong understanding of customer and account management, branch or regional operations, reporting, and general ledger reconciliation.

Responsibilities

  • Help explain how the new system will affect current processes, roles, and day‑to‑day tasks
  • Identify areas where changes may be more complex or risky, and where extra support may be needed
  • Help prioritise changes so training and communications focus on what matters most
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, project team members, and business stakeholders to understand future ways of working
  • Turn system changes into clear, easy‑to‑understand business process steps
  • Assist with creating training materials, examples, and scenarios
  • Help assess training needs based on the changes being introduced
  • Contribute to training resources such as quick reference guides and web based training
  • Review training content to ensure it matches agreed future processes
  • Support training sessions as needed (for example, supporting facilitators or liaising with SMEs)
  • Help develop change communications that clearly explain what’s changing, why it’s changing, and how people will be affected

About you

  • Strong understanding of how Elders branches operate, including customer and account management, general ledger reconciliation, reporting, and day‑to‑day activities
  • Experience supporting business change or system implementation projects
  • Ability to understand both current and future ways of working
  • Comfortable explaining complex or technical information in clear, simple language
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Organised, structured, and thoughtful in your approach
  • A collaborative and flexible mindset
  • Able to work effectively within project or program environments
