Week 1 - [Onsite] Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Week 2 - [Remote] Sunday and Monday 8:00am-12:00pm & [Onsite] Wednesday & & Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Job Summary:

Primarily responsible for the bi-weekly payroll processing for a defined group of departments/colleagues.  Provides general and advanced administrative, secretarial, and office support. Researches a variety of information requests and responds accordingly.   Has working knowledge of organization policies and department practices.

Ensures payroll is processed in accordance with internal policies and procedures and adhering to predefined schedules. 

Key point of contact for departmental time reporting questions.  Address and resolve issues/inquiries.

Assist in training clerical or administrative colleagues.  Fill in for other administrative support personnel on an as-needed basis.

Prepare data for presentations and special projects. Process time sensitive material.

Adapt developed procedures as assignments change; develop and adapt new office procedures as required by organizational changes or to ensure smooth office operation.

Maintain department records and files.  Relay confidential information and often work with information of a sensitive natures.  Process and/or maintain confidential or sensitive information.

May assist in screening phone calls and visitor, routing them to the appropriate party.  Had regular contact with internal/external customers, supplier, or employ

Required Experience:

3 administrative support experience.

Computer user proficiency (Excel-Word-PowerPoint-Outlook)

Excellent communication skills (verbal-written-listening) in order to interact with colleagues at all level and external clientele. 

Organized and detail oriented.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to priority work.

Required Education:

High School diploma.  Business or secretarial school preferred.

Hourly Rate: $23.13 - $34.79 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant’s experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
