Position Summary:
The position of Central Warehouse Import/Export clerk implies operational support in the implementation of import and export processes, preparation of relevant documentation and coordination with internal and external partners.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation and processing of documentation for import and export customs clearance
- Creation of transport orders (import and export) and coordination with suppliers
- Recording, monitoring and updating of all realized import and export processes
- Updating the database and material list with relevant information
- Submission of requests for assignment of tariff numbers and status monitoring
- Control and monitoring of temporary import and export
- Maintaining an orderly and up-to-date documentation archive
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of MS Office packages
- Knowledge of the English language
- Developed organizational and communication skills
