What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead daily cement production operations across raw milling, pyroprocessing, and finish milling to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
- Drive continuous improvement by partnering with cross‑functional teams to optimize throughput, reduce energy consumption, and improve production reliability.
- Promote a proactive safety culture by modeling safe behaviors, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and reinforcing consistent safe work practices.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, troubleshoot process issues, and implement sustainable operational improvements.
- Coach, mentor, and develop production supervisors and operators to build capability, engagement, and high‑performance teamwork.
- Coordinate production scheduling, kiln campaigns, and product changeovers in alignment with plant and commercial needs.
- Collaborate closely with maintenance, process engineering, and quality teams to ensure equipment readiness, process stability, and product consistency.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to lead complex continuous‑process manufacturing operations with strong focus on safety, process discipline, and operational excellence.
- Proven capability to diagnose and resolve cement manufacturing process issues using data, analytical tools, and sound decision‑making.
- Demonstrated strength in coaching and developing diverse, multi‑shift production teams and fostering accountability.
- Ability to work collaboratively across operations, maintenance, engineering, and quality functions in a dynamic plant environment.
- Cement industry experience in a process or production leadership role, with strong understanding of kiln, mill, and end‑to‑end clinker/cement manufacturing processes.

Work Environment
This role is based at a fully integrated cement manufacturing plant, requiring frequent presence in operational areas including the kiln, mill, and field operations. The environment includes heat exposure, rotating equipment, elevated walkways, and indoor/outdoor work conditions. The position supports a 24/7 operation and may require flexibility across shifts to meet production needs.
