We are seeking an experienced Production and Engineering Services Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and coordinate engineering support services. The successful candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain equipment reliability, and lead a team to meet productivity targets. The role reports to the Manufacturing Manager/Thessaloniki Greece.
1. Production Supervisor:
- WCP Engineer
- Organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day production operations to achieve the business requirements and customers’ expectations, production output and product quality.
- Monitor production activities and trigger preventive and corrective actions.
- Achieve the production budgeted KPIs (Spoilage, HFI, Line Efficiency, Labour Efficiency, Absenteeism), explaining deviations and organizing corrective actions.
- Organize and issue the production reporting according to the company requirements (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annually).
- Allocate department resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
- Increase production assets, capacity and flexibility, while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current products quality standards.
- Participation in Plant Investment Projects (CAPEX), planning and implementation.
2. EMS 14001 coordinator (in collaboration with the QEHS supervisor):
- Development, Certification and Continuous Improvement of the Environmental Management System (EMS) in Thessaloniki Plant according to the ISO 14001 standards.
- More specifically he is responsible for getting the necessary measures to ensure that all Thessaloniki plant personnel, the workers of the external contractors working on site and the visitors as well, comply with the requirements of the Environmental Management System as these are specified by the ISO 14001.
- Compliance with the current environmental legislation, as well as with the Group environmental directives.
- Identification of Personnel training needs on Environmental issues.
- Recording, management and statistical treatment of Environmental ACCIDENTS and NEARMISSES. Participation in their investigation team. Follow-up of corrective actions (corrective action plan).
- Sensitization of all personnel on the EMS.
- Scheduling and Implementation of well documented monthly Environmental Audits with emphasis in the personnel (mentality – behavior).
- Scheduling and Implementation of well documented monthly Environmental Inspections with emphasis in equipment and tooling.
- Organize and issue all required Environmental reports to the group. Participation in the meetings organized by the group related with EHS issues.
3. Plant Energy coordinator:
- Monitoring & Targeting of energy consumption in the plant.
- Organize and direct preventive and corrective actions to reduce energy consumption.
- Plant Energy Analysis: Regular review / upgrading.
- Energy Savings Project engineer: On time – in budget execution.
- Power and Natural Gas Providers contracts / negotiations in collaboration with the Group specialist
4. COSWIN maintenance system (in collaboration with the E&A senior electrician):
- Preventive & Predictive maintenance, including lubrication.
- All preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activity to be managed and recorded through COSWIN.
- MTTR & MTBF maintenance performance indicators to be monitored through COSWIN.
- YTD MTBF & MTTR results to show improvement vs the year before.
- Supervision of Spare Parts warehouse. Optimization of spares safety stock
- Implementation of P2P purchasing policy (Receipts of invoices / Spare parts quantified & qualified checks)
- Machinery, Parts and Technical components quotation / negotiations with the suppliers and contractors, for both Mechanical and E&A activities for maintenance, improvements and new investments

Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering field
At least 5 years of experience in masnufacturing, production Supervision
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of production systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with production planning systems (ERP/MRP/Autocad).
Technical troubleshooting and maintenance coordination experience.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Fulfilled military service (in case of a male)
