About You
The Customer Business Unit Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing our Customer Business Unit (CBU) team. This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, enhance customer relationships, and achieve business objectives. The Team Leader will work with the direct team of 2, alongside ensuring connection to the various other stakeholders involved in the partnership
This role will be part of Kimberly Clark's International Family Care and Professional (IFP) business—an organization rooted in purpose and innovation that has built a legacy with global impact. As Kimberly-Clark forms a strategic partnership with Suzano to create a world-class international tissue and professional products company, this role is proposed to transfer to the new venture once the transaction closes, anticipated in mid-2026, subject to consultation and other applicable legal requirements. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement our commercial strategy to achieve business targets and objectives within the Customer and KC Partnership.
Responsible for a portfolio value of circa £32M per annum across 9 Operating Companies.
Lead, manage, and motivate the CBU team to ensure high performance and engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders across the UKI network.
Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales activities, and market insights.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Required Experience
Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the commercial or distribution sector.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
