Position Summary

The Photo Team is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to support our Front Store Merchandising organization. This position executes category priorities, navigates supplier and distributor relationships, partners with field leadership and other cross functional teams to execute priorities. 

Candidates must be able to successfully:

Primary Responsibilities

Merchandising Strategy & Product Lifecycle

  • Analyze and interpret sales performance, customer insights, and store operational trends to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
  • Apply in‑depth merchandising knowledge to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
  • Manage logistics for assigned brands across the full product lifecycle, collaborating with design teams during new product development.
  • Collaborate with support teams to ensure they have the most up-to-date information and develop training programs together
  • Plan and implement all projects for the category in partnership with cross functional teams

Data Reporting, Communication & Training

  • Manage project capital and expense budgets including all equipment, signage, fixture and other expenses related to store projects
  • Deliver project level sales and margin goals
  • Develop, administer, and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Present analysis, findings, and recommendations to business leads and support stakeholder decision-making
  • Maintain all store lists for individual projects and master equipment lists for the full fleet of store equipment
  • Manage all customer executive escalations responses to resolution including partnering with field to resolve

Qualifications
 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent specialized training or relevant professional qualifications also considered.
     

Experience

  • 5 years of relevant experience in merchandising, category management, retail analytics, or a related field.
  • 10% traveling as needed for testing

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficient in Excel
  • Ability to lead large cross functional teams through a project
  • Understanding of merchandising principles and product lifecycle management
  • Solid communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross‑functionally
  • Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
