 Job Overview:
You will be responsible for driving growth and profitability in different categories by utilizing deep consumer insights, market data, and trends. You will identify opportunities, optimize product offerings, and develop successful commercial strategies. Working closely with internal and external teams, you will ensure category leadership at the point of sale.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement category growth plans including pricing, promotions, and merchandising with a consumer-centric approach.
  • Analyze market, sales, and consumer behavior data to uncover opportunities and anticipate future needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to execute plans and projects effectively.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive category performance.
  • Present insights and strategies to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.

 Hard Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills and expertise in market analysis tools such as Nielsen.
  • Data visualization proficiency, ideally with Power BI and impactful presentation skills using PowerPoint.
  • Project management and collaboration tools proficiency.

 Soft Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and results orientation.
  • Strong communication and influencing abilities.
  • Leadership and ability to build strong relationships across multifunctional teams.

 Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in beauty/personal care category with a client or retail focus.
  • Certifications or advanced knowledge in data analysis.
  • Fluency in English.
