Busy Bees at Armstrong Creek is seeking enthusiastic Casual Educators to support our team across different rooms and age groups. This is a great opportunity to enjoy flexible shifts, gain exposure to a high-quality service, and make a meaningful impact in children’s learning and development.
About the Role
Step into different rooms and support permanent staff with routines and transitions
Assist in delivering play-based learning aligned with the EYLF
Be available for flexible shifts Monday to Friday, between 6:30am and 6:30pm
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Bring energy, adaptability, and initiative to each day
What You’ll Need
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Working with Children Check (Employee – VIC)
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
A genuine passion for early learning and child development
Ability to adapt quickly and work confidently across different rooms
