Cash Management Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented Cash Management Team Leader to join our finance organization and lead a team responsible for daily Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, and Banking operations across the region. This role offers a great opportunity to combine operational finance expertise with team leadership in a dynamic, international environment.

As Cash Management Team Leader, you will oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive continuous improvement across cash management and banking processes.

Your role:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 10–20 Cash Management Accountants, supporting their growth and performance.
  • Oversee daily cash, banking, and accounts receivable operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Approve payments and manage bank access in line with internal policies.
  • Ensure smooth month-end closing and reconciliations.
  • Promote process improvements, stabilization, and alignment with global best practices.
  • Support onboarding of new companies or processes and contribute to audits when needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in Cash Management, Treasury, Bank, or Accounts Receivable roles.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills, process-oriented mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, SAP S/4HANA, D365, or AX2009 is a bonus.
