As a Carer in our Casual Pool, you can enjoy the flexibility of choosing shifts that suit your lifestyle while gaining experience across our four beautiful residential homes in Dungog, Hawks Nest & Newcastle. No two days are the same — every shift brings new experiences, new residents to support, and new opportunities to grow.
In this role, you will:
Work collaboratively with residents and their families to deliver personal care
Provide high‑quality, timely, and effective care in line with individual care plans
Support residents to maintain independence and engage in meaningful daily activities
Follow a person‑centred approach that recognises individual goals and preferences
Contribute to risk management and continuous quality improvement
Build strong working relationships with teams across multiple sites

Please note: As part of the Casual Pool, you must be willing and able to work across all Three of our aged care facilities (Dungog, Hawks Nest & Newcastle).
It is a mandatory requirement for all team members in aged care to hold a valid Police Check or NDIS Clearance (or both). These checks must be completed and verified before employment with RSL LifeCare can commence.
