Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

  • Architect and deliver end to end engineering and automation solutions supporting Radioligand Therapy manufacturing, site operations, and supply chain. 

  • Drive improvements in reliability, performance, and data integrity for highly regulated, patientcritical RLT production environments. 

  • Lead and contribute to technical initiatives that derisk RLT manufacturing processes, ensuring continuity of supply for patients. 

  • Own assigned systems and applications, including implementation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training, ensuring high availability in RLT operations. 

  • Design, implement, and maintain automation systems supporting both RLT projects and ongoing site operations. 

  • Plan and execute maintenance and calibration activities, including spare parts management, to support uninterrupted RLT production. 

  • Organize and supervise production activities in line with legal requirements, internal standards, and GMP/GxP regulations. 

  • Support project controlling, execution, commissioning, and contract management for RLT related investments. 

 

Essential Requirements 

  • University degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Project Management, or a comparable field. 

  • Advanced proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are an advantage. 

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas 

  • Engineering project management 

  • Mechanical or automation engineering 

  • Computerized systems and digital manufacturing 

  • Pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing 

  • Experience in GMP/GxPregulated environments is strongly preferred. 

  • Strong sense of quality, safety, and accountability, recognizing the direct impact of RLT manufacturing on patients. 

Demonstrate an agile mindset by setting clear priorities, collaborating openly, and using feedback to make step-by-step improvements  reflecting the core elements of Agile culture within the Dutch organization.
