What you will accomplish with us
As a Career Network Specialist, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are your main responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Respond accurately to requests, primarily by phone, to support the sales force in administrative processes related to individual insurance, while complying with manufacturer requirements and the firm’s obligations in connection with sales or transactions on active contracts.
Please note that this role does not include providing advice related to products or taxation.
For your information, phone lines are open Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Understand the needs of the sales force and ensure their satisfaction.
Handle occasionally complex cases while working closely with manufacturing teams.
Administration:
Validate that firm files (client files) are complete and compliant.
Keep up to date through continuous training on new internal policies and procedures.
What could accelerate your success in this role
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a college diploma (DEC) in administration or a related field.
Has at least 2 years of experience in customer service.
Is comfortable with new technologies.
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Has a strong ability to build trust with key stakeholders.
Is known for adaptability to change, a positive team spirit, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to learn.
Has an advanced level of English, as the role involves responding daily to calls and emails from unilingual English-speaking advisors and sales agents.
