MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's degree
Work Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience

*Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

Valid and Unrestricted Driver's License

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Health, Psychology, Sociology, or a closely related field.

Experience in case management, crisis de-escalation, care coordination, or social service delivery, preferably in affordable housing or community-based settings.

Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities, severe mental illness, substance use disorders, older adults, and families with complex needs using a trauma-informed approach.

Bilingual skills are highly desirable (English/Spanish)
