Captured Enemy Material Subject Matter

SMX is seeking a Captured Enemy Material Subject Matter to join our growing team of Mission Support Experts.

This position requires a DoD TS/SCI security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the principal advisor to senior leadership on the integration of CEM and Technical Intelligence (TECHINT) into the F3EAD cycle
  • Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the collection, handling, and exploitation of enemy materiel across specialized task forces
  • Synchronize exploitation efforts between forward-deployed elements and national labs (eg, NGIC, NMEC, TEDAC) to ensure unity of effort
  • Lead complex efforts to attribute recovered technologies to specific state or non-state actors, focusing on counter-proliferation and supply chain disruption
  • Deploy as needed

Required Skills & Experience

  • Required clearance: TS/SCI
  • 8+ years of intelligence experience, with 6+ years in CEM, TECHINT, or Forensic Intelligence supporting elite mission command
  • Proven track record of directing multi-disciplinary teams (DOMEX, Forensics, Weapons Intelligence) in high-pressure environments
  • Deep mastery of Title 10/Title 50 legalities regarding evidence custody and intelligence oversight
  • Graduate of Senior Intelligence or Technical Exploitation courses; Master’s degree in a relevant technical or national security field preferred
  • Must have a valid US Passport

The proposed salary for this position is:
$100,000$135,000 USD
