Key Responsibilities
• Develop scalable capability and learning products by translating enterprise learning pathways, curricula, and flagship programs into well-defined offerings with clear value propositions, delivery models, and positioning.
• Enable delivery at scale by building partner networks, creating delivery frameworks, and ensuring all products are vendor-ready, quality-controlled, digitally enabled, and repeatable across the enterprise.
• Shape and close capability-led opportunities by partnering with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Enterprise leadership to identify, qualify, price, and close solutions aligned to digital, AI, and enterprise transformation agendas.
• Own commercial and funding models by defining pricing, cost structures, margins, delivery approaches, and business cases for capability and learning products, including renewals and expansions.
• Manage the capability product portfolio by tracking adoption, effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and value, and driving lifecycle decisions on scaling, improvement, or retirement.
• Position Enterprise Capability Development as a strategic capability partner by strengthening market credibility, solution positioning, and long-term value creation in enterprise, digital, and AI capability development.
