What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract and retain talented employees, ensuring alignment with business needs
Source candidates, conduct interviews, evaluate employment factors, and make salary recommendations
Manage the entire recruitment cycle, guiding operational teams on recruitment projects and forecasting resource requirements
Identify areas for improvement in HR products, processes, or services, and facilitate agreements between teams to advance new concepts and methodologies
Provide guidance and lead/co-lead moderately complex projects, managing time and resources effectively, and applying skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to departmental work
Make decisions to resolve moderately complex problems, develop new options, and operate independently in ambiguous situations, while reviewing your own work and mentoring others
Create a strong connection with hiring managers to ensure a seamless transition for new hires and ongoing talent assessments, overseeing the offer process for external candidates
Gain a deep understanding of Pfizer's Benefits Program and its market advantages, developing and implementing effective tracking tools for consistent communication on program effectiveness
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques for senior and mid-level positions, enhancing candidate flow, and developing strategic sourcing solutions
Leverage employer branding linked to Pfizer Employee Value to maximize recruitment efforts, achieve recruitment metrics aligned with global targets, and design, develop, and execute additional program activities like Lunch-And-Learns and networking events
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
BA/BS &above degree with at least 6 years of experience including at least 2 years focal recruiter experience
Demonstrated experience managing multi-role recruitment projects and initiatives for business clients
Solid talent sourcing, interview and stakholders management skills.
Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and social media/networking sites
Ability to conduct research, including data collection and reporting methodologies, utilizing various analytic tools
Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem-solving, influence, and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Master's degree combined with relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
Hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical sector
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to foster a robust internal talent pipeline
Proficiency in developing and implementing tracking tools for program effectiveness
Experience in designing and executing professional and social networking events
