Global Talent Services is one of our key service lines in hubs part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide E-2-E Talent Acquisition services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&D, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity.

The Candidate Care Specialist is the first point of contact for candidates, embodying Sanofi's commitment to a candidate-centric approach. This role will be responsible for North America, Europe, and Asia Region in managing the volume hiring needs. This is subjected to growth as we expand our launches in the region. You will be responsible for hiring the best talent for Sanofi and do this while providing world class candidate experience

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute the candidate care strategy as communicated by the Candidate Care Partner, supporting the Candidate Care Partner in delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle - including interview scheduling, background checks, candidate engagement, medical checks, and offer creation.
  • Collect and manage candidate satisfaction surveys; analyze feedback to identify opportunities to improve candidate experience.
  • Lead both pre- and post-joining candidate management activities.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to the Candidate Care Partner for process improvements, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to optimize candidates
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for candidates, ensuring guidance throughout recruitment.

About You

You are passionate about providing a world-class candidate experience and continuously improving recruitment efficiency. You understand the talent acquisition landscape well and excel at building productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience

  • 2-6 years of experience in recruitment operations.
  • Global interview scheduling experience across North America, Europe, and Asia.
  • Experience managing end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely closure.
  • Hands-on experience with the full Offer Management lifecycle—including offer creation and ensuring smooth onboarding transitions.
  • Ability to keep candidates consistently engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and promoting standardized processes across locations.

Soft & Technical Skills

  • Excellent communication and strong stakeholder/candidate management skills.
  • Proficient in Workday, Paradox, and MS Excel, with the ability to leverage these tools to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance data accuracy.
  • Customer-experienced mindset with a strong focus on service excellence.
  • Understanding of global recruitment coordination practices.

Work Timings

  • 5 PM to 2 AM (Hybrid model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).
  • During the initial 3-month training period, 5 days in office are required.
