Campus Recruitment Coordinator (12-Month Contract)

In this 12-month contract as a Campus Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our campus recruitment programs and ensuring an exceptional experience for students and internal stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with recruiters and business partners to deliver seamless processes, organize events, and strengthen our presence on campus. Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and attend campus events and engagement initiatives, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking activities (virtual, on-campus, and in-office)
  • Support candidate experience by managing interview scheduling, assessment day logistics, and timely communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and track key metrics related to event attendance, recruitment progress and the referral process.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and business units to ensure smooth execution of hiring processes and timelines.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives, including marketing campaigns and social media content for campus programs.
  • Provide general administrative support to the campus recruitment team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; willingness to learn new systems and tools.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about campus recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in campus recruitment or event coordination is considered an asset.
  • Experience with Phenom and Workday is considered an asset.

Salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
