Role Title:   Senior Brand Manager

Report to:   Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

The role of senior brand manager is responsible for the biggest product line D600 OTC, and Chewable and Kids OTC, work closely with expert marketing, offline pharmacy TMKT/shopper marketing and O2O to drive Caltrate penetration%, deliver continuous sales growth and build-up offline market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Caltrate D600, Chewable and kids OTC products portfolio management including products positioning, value chain, line extension, new products launch.

  • Develop annual marketing plan & communication strategies including ATL & BTL activities.

  • Laise with Caltrate marketing team and lead to manage O2O calendar for total Caltrate and activation execution.   

  • Responsible for products line IMC planning and excellent execution for impact.

  • Monthly monitor products line performance (sales/ market share) and input the initiatives to deliver given targets.

  • Great collaboration with cross functions (incl. sales, TMKT, insight, media, expert marketing, innovation, Medical affairs…etc) and external agencies (creative, production house, media, event…etc)

Qualifications and skills

·At least 7 years marketing experience.

·Bachelor and above.

·Proven experience of manage products in Pharmacy channel, O2O experience is preferred.

·Results-driven, organized, critical-thinking and solid marketing foundation.  

·Strong communication skill with cross-functional department.

·Fluent English skills.
