Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, multilingual abilities preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening.
Previous operational experience in Food & Beverage Divisions.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
The Cafeteria Ambassador supports the Stewarding Team in delivering personalized, memorable, and unique experiences to our internal guests and colleagues, aimed at enhancing internal guest satisfaction. This position focuses on assisting with colleague interactions, promoting service feedback, and ensuring the cleanliness of our cafeteria. Cafeteria Ambassador works closely with the stewarding team and cafeteria culinary team to help maintain high service standards.
Operational Support:
Monitor cafeteria appearance throughout the day to ensure cleanliness and organization.
Support with maintaining orderly dining areas, condiment stations, and beverage stations.
Notify appropriate teams of any spills, sanitation needs, or equipment issues.
Assist with restocking utensils, napkins and condiments.
Provide helpful information about menu items, daily specials, and dietary options.
Communicate any concerns, trends, or suggestions that can improve the cafeteria experience.
Share updates on menu changes, closures, or special events as needed.
Ensure adherence to sanitation, safety, and health guidelines.
Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or incidents immediately.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and service-focused environment.
Support cafeteria-related events, employee engagement activities, and special service initiatives.
