Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented C3BM Senior Systems Analyst to join our team! In this role you will be part of Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts to include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs.
What You'll Be Doing:
Define and develop C2BMC/BOA system and subsystem interfaces using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies.
Develop and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Interface Description Documents (IDDs), Interface Requirements Specifications (IRS), and related technical documentation.
Use MBSE tools (e.g. Cameo Systems Modeler, Cameo Enterprise Architect, etc.) to model interfaces and system behaviors throughout the engineering lifecycle.
Analyze operational, functional, and system-level requirements and architecture to drive interface specifications.
Support integration and testing of C2BMC/BOA and MDS element’s system interfaces in lab and operational environments.
Collaborate with system engineers and developers to design and define C2BMC/BOA system interfaces (e.g. hardware and software).
Participate in internal/external design reviews, technical interchange meetings, and interface control working groups.
Support risk identification and mitigation related to interface design and interoperability.
Support integration and interoperability product evaluations of C2BMC/BOA system based on future capabilities within MDA/DCC builds through interface, requirements, product definitions.
Ensure compliance with interface standards, protocols, and system interoperability requirements.
Maintain interface configuration control and manage changes throughout the system lifecycle.
Assist with risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to interface development and interoperability.
Prepare technical assessments and reports for MDA/DCC technical boards and working groups.
Prepare official meeting minutes and track actions items to closure.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of experience
Active Secret clearance
Knowledge of LRDR and TPY-2 (FBM) interoperability
Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes
Apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
