Job Description:

As the C295 Operational Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the strategic and tactical operational planning activities for the C295 aircraft program. This critical role ensures the efficient and effective allocation of resources, scheduling of production, and timely delivery of C295 aircraft, components, directly impacting program success and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive operational plans for the C295 program, encompassing production, supply chain, maintenance, and delivery schedules.
* Lead the demand forecasting process for C295 aircraft ( Spain and India)
* Optimize resource allocation (personnel, materials, facilities) to meet production targets and operational objectives, identifying and mitigating potential bottlenecks.
* Establish and maintain robust planning methodologies and tools, leveraging advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP, MRP) to drive efficiency and accuracy.
* Monitor and analyze operational performance against established plans, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and quality departments to ensure seamless operational execution.
* Manage and prioritize multiple planning activities, adapting to changing program requirements and external factors.
* Prepare and present regular reports on operational progress, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the operational planning framework to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall program performance.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
