Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Product Support Program Manager (Level M) to join the C-17 team in Warner Robins Georgia.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads planning and integration activities for the C-17 Technical Publications activities
  • Applies technical knowledge of product support/logistics disciplines and Program Management Best Practices to direct program activities
  • Manages employees and mid-level managers performing activities related to Program Management
  • Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
  • Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers
  • Develop and implement work placement/sourcing strategy
  • Monitor, oversee, and coordinate Risks, Issues, and Opportunities (RIO) management for the team

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience leading technical teams (people management, mentoring, performance management)
  • 5+ years of experience managing EVM metrics
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • Experience developing and implementing large-scale, high impact integrated organizational plans to ensure business, technical and customer requirements are achieved
  • Experience with digital, model-based engineering

Summary pay range: $185,300 -$250,700
